What to expect at your first appointment
By Client Success Team
Once you book, you get an instant confirmation with your provider's name, the time, and the location — no waiting to hear back, no 'we'll call you to confirm.'
A day before your appointment, you'll get a reminder. If anything's come up, this is the easiest time to message your provider directly and reschedule.
On the day, arrive a few minutes early for your first visit — most providers like a short check-in to understand what you're looking for before the appointment itself starts.
After your first visit, your provider will usually have a good sense of your preferences, so future bookings with them tend to move even faster.
